Our house has a big heart but small parking.

Parking is available on request & based on availability either in our property or in the safe private Parking ( Grifo Parking ) 200 mt from the hotel.

• AQVA PARKING = Max of 12 cars we try our best to accommodate everyone, sometimes we may ask you to leave the keys at the front desk, but in our property is not possible to reserve a unique parking space, you come you will find one.

• GRIFO PARKING = Reservation If you want to book the same parking spot for the entire stay and you don’t want your car moved by us, your option is GRIFO PARKING – RESERVED & GUARDED – we can reserve a parking spot for you.

Booking.com reservations do not include parking.

For a short stay, you can easily park your car on the opposite side of the street, in a safe public parking lot MONTEBALDO – 20 euro per day to pay at the cashier no reservation needed – or in safe private Grifo Parking 200 mt from the hotel – 15 euro per day to pay at the hotel reservation needed.

Sirmione is a peninsula, a thin stripe of rocks and clay in the middle of the water of the biggest lake in Italy.

Right now you are standing on the water and a lot of other living things are making their cycle on this little piece of Planet Earth, humans like you but also a lot of animals & plants.

 

The peninsula is a special Habitat in equilibrium by definition.

It is super wholesome when they rush to you but the baker does not cook food for 🦆.

DO NOT FEED THEM

Living the lake you can find nice duckies, wonderful Swans, big and small 🐟, harmless water snakes, super-fast squirrel 🐿️, otter, seagull, bees, lizards, geckos, and many cats, there are small boxes for the Sirmione cats Colony scattered throughout the city. Please do not freak out because of the mosquitoes because they were here before you arrived. Black mosquitoes are very annoying and every 15 days we take care of it, so no bites. Other Mosquitoes and little flies are totally harmless but attracted to light, to avoid tedious situations

The weather changes very quickly sometimes in a good happy way sometimes in a very windy way. Our peninsula is located south but not in middle of the lake, from Verona side to east side Sirmione is 20 km of water, from Brescia side to west side Sirmione is 10 km. Winds come from north & east when you are on a boat or sup or even on a bicycle please check this real time radar to decide your plan.
